It may be possible to amend the lead guest name if requested more than 48 hours before check in, please email us using help@sound.travel with your reference number and new names
If room upgrades are available you will be able to purchase these on our Sound Travel hotels site or when you check in
We only need the name of the lead guest, if you have more than one room and are checking in separately, please email us any additional names and we will let the hotel know
With many shows we do have additional nights available to book, please contact help@sound.travel with the dates you wish to add and our team will provide the best advice on how to extend your stay
It is most likely your tickets will be on the Ticketmaster app unless otherwise stated, please check help.ticketmaster.co.uk for an update on the delivery of your event tickets
We are sorry if something doesn’t look quite right, please call or email us with the name of the event in the subject title so that we can look at this as a priority
Early check in is always subject to availability and at the hotels own discretion, if your room is not ready when you arrive there will be so
At this time, the package isn't inclusive of transport but if something becomes available you'll be made aware of this by us or Ticketmaster customer services.
Here at Sound Travel we are not able to cancel or refund any bookings as the original booking and payment details were processed on Ticketmaster. You would need to contact them to discuss your options. You can do this on their app or on the website.
We provide the hotels with our customer information closer to check in, therefore, any time before that, all rooms will be in the name ‘Sound Travel Group’.
